[SUGGESTION] New Feature Request: Add an option to show channel IDs when using `rift`

Currently, I can only see the channel names, and I would there to be a option to show IDs, kind of like how the channels command is. This would be beneficial because if you loose the rift, you could easily relocate it and take action on it.
