[P3] Future bets tracking: search, compression, private tags, Stop-gate, structured logs #12

Description

@jsirish

From docs/AUDIT-v0.4.0.md (P3). Parking lot - each of these adds runtime weight against throughline's "pure POSIX sh + jq, zero infrastructure" identity, so none is planned. Revisit individual items only if log volume makes grep insufficient or users ask.

  • Searchable log index (FTS/SQLite) with progressive-disclosure retrieval (claude-mem's search -> timeline -> detail pattern, ~10x token savings at scale)
  • Background/AI compression of buffers into semantic observations (claude-mem's worker model)
  • tag support: user-marked content excluded from capture entirely
  • Stop-hook wrap-up enforcement: block session exit until a handoff exists (thepushkarp/handoff pattern) - probably too coercive for this plugin's judgment-layer philosophy, noted for completeness
  • Structured YAML frontmatter on session logs for machine mineability (would make consolidate cheaper/more reliable)
