Does this work for the Miyoo Flip?

Is this in english? Does this work for the Miyoo Flip? I'm trying to run it but I always get this error:

./reader: no such file or directory

Which makes no sense. My Flip came with a pixel reader that works, but it is in chinese.

I don't have access to a Miyoo Flip to test. It should work in english.

So the device came with pixel reader pre-installed and that works correctly, and you also tried installing the zip version, and that's where you're getting the error?

Could you confirm if you unzipped everything from pixel_reader_onion_v0.6.zip to your sd card?

Yes, I know how to install apps and I did it before. The whole folder is in the app folder. I even replaced the "reader" binary that comes with the Flip with yours, and the error is just ./reader: no such file or directory, which makes no sense. I tried compiling from my desktop Ubuntu but of course, it's not the same arch. Is the binary you provide x86 or x64? Maybe the Flip has a different arch?

The binary that comes with the Flip seems to be in english. Do you want me to upload it to you, would that help?

OK, so I just ran this on my Ubuntu:

od -An -t x1 -j 4 -N 1 reader

Yours give 01 and the Flip's give 02, so yes, I need a compilation for arch64, no idea how to to it though :(

Thanks for the info. I tried doing a cross compile for aarch64. Could you try testing this?

reader_0.6_aarch64.zip

It's only the reader binary. It will take more time to get aarch64 versions of the other libraries, but it might work to just drop this in to replace the reader binary that came with the Flip.

BTW, unrelated topic but I just noticed this, do you know why the B button exits the app when in the file explorer instead of going back in the path? This also happens on the chinese app.

Ok great! Will work on an official release. If you don't mind packaging it, I'd like to see what they included.

Hmm, what made you ask? I made it exit since B also exits reading mode. Normally I find I'm not navigating directories very much.

About the B button, it just felt natural to go back to the previous folder by pressing B. About the chinese app, here it goes:

pixel-reader.7z.001.zip
pixel-reader.7z.002.zip

Remove the .zip extensions, I had to add them to be able to upload the files here. Also, they are splitted because of mb limit.
