Add the configuration required to build and run the TimeSlave process on QNX.

Deliver the following:

• A QNX configuration for the TimeSlave process.
• A representative configuration example showing how to use the QNX configuration.
• A JSON Schema covering the configuration and validating the example.
• Documentation that explains prerequisites, configuration, build/run steps, and how to use the example on QNX.
• Integration-test coverage that verifies the TimeSlave process can be configured, built, and run for QNX.
