Right now, we have the localhost TDs in the repo. For HTTP, CoAP and MQTT we can get them fro, the server but we cannot for Modbus. So it would be better to generate the expected TDs locally and commit them to git. That way we can easily provide a link to the TD.
They should be added to the TDD during runtime and TDD would represent the runtime state. Should be the same
