Cannot compile clear in ABCLv1.9.0

Trying to compile cl-unicode with:
Armed Bear Common Lisp 1.9.0
Java 11.0.19 Ubuntu
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM

It triggers:

Triggering accept does continue working, but I don't think that's the idea.
