sip_client Feature request: More codecs (like g722)

It'd be nice to support some higher quality codecs. Maybe even codecs which do higher sampling rates like the 16kHz from the microphone. (Like g722)

The G.722 integration is done, but testing on actual devices is still left.

Awesome. Thank you very much! I tested it and it works as intended. After setting the codecs parameter, sip_client now opens a g722 channel to my Asterisk server. Audio quality is noticeably better. Not crystal clear 48kHz, but enough to notice.
