PHPStan Actions not working for PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.2

The PHPStan actions for PHP8.1 and 8.2 seem to be broken.

Or I do something wrong? How can this be debugged? Just not supporting 8.1 and 8.2 anymore would also be fine :) Just wanted to note it.

Is there any reason to run PHPStan on different versions of PHP? To be honest, we only run PHPStan on one of the latest PHP versions.

No very good reason. I was assuming PHPstan on 8.1 might catch some 8.1 incompatibilities - it's not high especially for 8.1 being EOL. But 8.2 has the same problem.
