R example - file missing

• in the worked examples. please take a look at https://github.com/federated-data-sharing/common-api-examples/tree/main/src/data-charts - just added over the weekend
• other API calls examples in R are at https://github.com/federated-data-sharing/common-api/blob/master/doc/User_Guide_R.md
