Not sure if this is intentional and the GUI is wrong or if the GUI is correct and something was overlooked, but right now it does not appear that OME-Tiff are written. Instead the metadata is in an adjacent json file.
Could you clarify the intent? End users I support would be interested in actual OME-Tiff being generated.
Is that something of interest or possible going forward or should I be looking at maintaining my own fork (see also #18 )
