:sparkles: Add "Happy friByte Birthday"-message for all members' friByte birthdays

A simple "Happy Birthday🎉" on members' birthdays.

Should it also apply to inactive/guru members or just active ones? I suggest just active ones😅

Another thought is that we might not want to make the members' birthdays public due to privacy concerns.. but that should be easy to fix, right?

How about their "friByte birthdays", i.e. the date they joined friByte? This information is in the public members list and can be fetched from github!

If anyone wants to do something practical I suggest this task! Here's a starting point:
