Detected changes isn't working properly

Describe the bug
We are experiencing detect changes issues when using your SDK in our web application.
When the "hostedLoginBox" is set to true and we're refreshing the page we experience the next behaviors:

1. The sidebar in our application isn't open immediately when we click on the button that opens it.
   Only after we click somewhere else on the page.
2. When saving data we have a popup that shows a message but it doesn't open, only after we click somewhere else on the page.
3. We have two radio buttons that
   when we are clicking on them nothing is selected. Only after we click somewhere else on the page.

To Reproduce
I've attached minimal code that reproduces the problem.

Expected behavior
We expect the changes to detect immediately and the sidebar and other UI components to work.
