[SUG] Make Folders first in the Q

Make the folders come before the Lone Redeems, it seems its based on the cost of the lowest redeem on the inside. so if my Lone redeem is cost 1 and then my sounds folder's lowest redeem is 100, the folder will come 2nd after the lone redeem. i believe folders should come first. As an extra for this instead of creating a new [SUG] on the website have a filter to rearrange the Redeems via Cost, or name, or even folder.
