Webview pages not being scanned/blocked by Ghostery #22

Description

@Melissa-Kay

Set Ghostery as my default browser on my phone (Android Pixel 3a). Was pleasantly surprised that when clicking on links in twitter, it opened into what appeared to be Ghostery rather than Chrome webview. However, the Ghostery blocker isn't actively running. Hoping this is something that can be resolved.

To reproduce, open twitter (though this may be replicable in other apps too) and click on an external link. On the top left you'll see Ghosty. Tapping on that loads the screen showing that the page cannot be scanned.
