When `WTM wheel` option is enabled, there is no wheel visible

Description
When option WhoTracks.me wheel is enabled, there is no visible change when browsing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Ghostery Private Browser

2. Open Ghostery Settings

3. Go to WhoTracks.me tab

4. Enable WhoTracks.me wheel
   

5. Open any website, for example https://www.economist.com/

6. Check the address bar where the Ghostery icon is - no wheel
   

Expected results:
When option WhoTracks.me wheel is enabled, there should be a WhoTracks.me wheel visible when browsing.
