Add: A new cursor highlight style: Line. Similar to Songsterr.
Add: Configuration options for style and color and added to settings.
Add: CONTRIBUTING.md for information on how to add new cursor styles to the map.

TODO:

  • Parse RGBA back into Hex to populate selected colour when revisiting settings
  • Settings reset on page refresh (still works when navigating back)
  • Fix MutationObserver firing on every DOM mutation
  • Move _tvLoadSettings()
  • regexAlpha comment
  • Liniting (newlines at files)
  • var -> let / const consistency
  • Contributing.md formatting
