File Not Found when I click Run Basic Guitar Diagnostic

To reproduce - Launch a song, pause it, hit the Plugins puzzle piece icon on the left, hit the Note Detection Settings gear icon, click Run Basic Guitar Diagnostic. Get standard Windows error dialog box saying Error: File not found
