Adding multiple checkboxes to a content type - returns true, instead of identifying which box was selected

If you create a checkbox field in a content type and add multiple values, the value returned in the data structure is "true" and does not identify which checkbox(es) has(ve) been selected

I would expect an array or object to be returned which identifies which boxes have been selected

If you look at the source code for the checkboxes, how you desire them is how they should be formed.

Something like

I would look at the network tab when saving the content to see if the SPA is properly sending the structure, if is it not, I would put a debugger into the reduceValues method on the checkbox plugins options collection.
