Feature Request: Auto-start shot on stable temperature

Description

Add a feature that allows the user to automatically trigger a shot once the machine's temperature has stabilized. This will improve the workflow for users who want a hands-free experience after the initial warm-up phase.

Proposed Solution

We need to introduce a toggle to enable this auto-start behavior in two places:

1. In the "Run Shot" menu before initiating.
2. In the Live View during the actual warm-up phase, allowing the user to toggle it on/off on the fly.

Important UX/Copy requirement:
There must be a clear explanation stating that this feature differs from the Meticulous native auto-start as it will wait for stability! Specifically, clarify that the Metic app must remain open for the trigger to fire, unless the user is running the Metic server version (e.g., MeticAI on a Raspberry Pi) in the background.

Implemented in 7110ead4 on version/3.0.0.

Behaviour: an opt-in auto-start that presses Start for you once the machine is parked at the ready gate and both the brew-head and boiler temperatures have held within the on-target band (±2.3 °C) for a sustained 30 s dwell. It never initiates a shot from idle — it only replaces the manual tap — so it behaves identically in server and native/DirectMode.

Toggle in two places (shared state, not persisted, defaults off each shot):

1. Run Shot → Options.
2. Live View warm-up dashboard (on/off on the fly, with an armed countdown once stable).

Copy clarifies it waits for stability (unlike Meticulous native auto-start) and that the app must stay open for the trigger to fire, unless the Metic server (e.g. on a Raspberry Pi) is running in the background. Localised across all 6 locales.

New useAutoStart hook with a pure stepAutoStart state machine (14 unit tests); full suite green (1183 passed).
