Not all datastreams show up in aggregation/expression form

Steps to Reproduce

When creating an aggregation/expression task, not all the datastreams show as options for the input/output.

The site in the example is CCCIC - Stockwater Line - 4782 (019f4d0d-4e79-7898-a564-8ad2234fcebb)

Expected Behavior

All three datastreams should show.

Actual Behavior

Not all the dataastreams show.
