Hey Ingrid,

I hope you are well. I do not have a Computer with a GPU, and I think running a simulation on a Macbook would not be a good idea. So I tried to run your program on Google Colab. I have to say Colab do not support Mamba very well, so it failed after all. I have the feeling maybe others also have this problem. So would it be possible to make an open Google Colab file with your Code or maybe use a pip command instead of a git command for installing your program?

Hi @raphaelolipitz have you tried to run the example notebook? Are you still running into issues there? We tested it and it should work. We are working on a pip command as well, but its a bit tricky because not all required dependencies are availalbe via pip. Will update once we have it working.
