Review outdated block explorers

While reviewing the block explorer documentation, I found several potentially outdated explorer entries. I was not fully certain about the current status of each service, so I kept the changes in separate PRs rather than combining them.

I verified the current status of:

• Tenderly
• OKX Explorer
• Routescan

separately and opened individual PRs for each change.

I would also appreciate it if you could review my older PR, which has been open for about two weeks: #638
