What to build

Let the user use archived generating parameters as the starting point for new editable plot artwork without confusing regeneration with exact Resend or altering the historical package.

Acceptance criteria

• Recreate restores the archived source-tiling choice and all recorded artwork settings into editable state.
• Recreate never changes the source archive's SVG, JSON identity, status, or timestamps.
• A schema or generator-version difference produces a clear warning that regenerated output may differ.
• Recreated artwork can be edited normally before preparation.
• Preparing recreated artwork assigns a new immutable identity and creates a new draft package.
• The UI distinguishes Recreate from exact Resend and communicates their different guarantees.
