What to build

Let the user configure construction-derived output consistently by tile type. Each treatment cuts through settings, preparation, controls, and tests, while preserving motif-only defaults and keeping linework choices recoverable when globally disabled.

Acceptance criteria

• Plot treatment applies to every placed instance of a tile type and never requires individual-face selection.
• None derives motif only; Outline adds the boundary; Fill adds interior plot paths; Outline + Fill adds both; Hidden contributes nothing.
• Every newly loaded tiling initializes all tile types to None.
• Fill-only treatment does not include the region boundary.
• A master linework control suppresses motif and outline paths without deleting their underlying selections.
• Linework is enabled by default.
• Treatment behavior is verified through the preparation seam and observable controls.
