[1.20.1] Recipes being added for woods that aren't in the modpack

The recipes get added, but they're missing the wood types - which is a bit annoying since it leads to this crafting grid overflow.

A config option to fully disable integration on a per-mod basis would be nice, too (e.g. enable BoP but not IE)
