add support for grouping ingredients

not sure I want to do a full on group like with the preparation groups, maybe just an option to put a divider with a title so ingredients can be listed like:

> **For the batter**
> - ingredient 1
> - ingredient 2
> - etc
> 
> **For the filling**
> - ingredient 1
> - ingredient 2
> - etc
