gl is gitless and git pull

hello,
because gl is both gitless and git pull I'm wondering if a little snippet about how to modify the exact abbreviations should be included in the readme. I mean I used some sluething grep -ir-ing and figured it out, they're in ./functions/__git.init.fish. So I don't actually have a technical issue, just a suggestion for a pointer in the readme perhaps. I just changed it to gpl.

I would think an easier solution is to simply run abbr --erase gl in your config.fish which would avoid the collision.
