Add documentation for OpenSUSE

I noticed the information in #142 is no longer correct.

Without making any changes, it's posible to install jotta-cli in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed and others:

sudo zypper ar https://repo.jotta.cloud/redhat/ jotta
sudo zypper refresh
sudo zypper in jotta-cli
