can't sign out from mission

From my computer, I tried to sign out from the mission using my arrive home time of 17:00 (it's currently 20:30). It's giving me an error and saying my request was rejected.

Also an issue when creating a new mission using Internet Explorer

This issue is 3 years old. Is it still an issue? If so, can we get some more detailed steps to repro?
