Claiming the first Action Resume improvements slice: send only Action stdout/stderr in the automated follow-up packet while preserving ANSI sequences, and add the animated Waiting for duration treatment. I’ll open a LastCode PR against lastcode/main; provider validation stays in the tracking issue for a later slice.

Delivered the stdout/stderr-only follow-up packet and animated Waiting timer in #34. Provider validation remains open.

Fixed settled Action hydration after restart in #36. Terminal delivered/disposed states now remain settled instead of being overwritten by stale pending rows.
