Can You Set Teh Default PAssword Encryption Method in the Docker Image?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to set the default password encryption method to CLEAR for the Docker container? We use the OpenLDAP password policy plugin and passwords don't work if we use any of the encryption methods.

There currently isnt a way, since the selected password encryption method is set based on the current value of the password - by parsing the value between the curly braces. {SSHA}xxxx for example would preselect the SSHA in the drop down.
