Adding/ editing service contacts quickly

We've talked about allowing the import of spreadsheets so content teams can start using Service contacts quickly. But I'd like us to explore other ways to do this, and also make it easier to make bulk changes on an ongoing basis.

Digital teams need to be able to:

• have pages managed by a group as well as an individual. Is that as simple as changing the service contact entity to accept multiple Drupal accounts and email addresses, and giving this new contact a name?
• add contacts to a group of pages at once rather than just one at a time? Could we add/ remove a url path (like we do with the contact by path module) and all the affected pages update automatically?
• reassign pages to a new contact if a colleague leaves the organisation. Rather than complicated UI to reassign, could it be possible to change email addresses/ names on contacts and all affected pages update automatically?

Could this be done by having a single service contact representing a group? Although there would have to be a single email for the group. Adding multiple Drupal accounts or names and emails would be possible, but the ServiceContact entity can only handle one at the moment, so some thought about how to architect this would be required.

Should be easy enough to add a widget on a service contact edit page that listed the pages they're associated with and allowed adding / deleting references to pages.

If you want to reassign everything you can simply edit the service contact and change the name / email Drupal user account.
