Add build documentation

The library is clearly being built with something. Find out where that code is or write it

This is probably best built with eclipse, but that is currently no working. At the moment building is done by calling javac direcly in the terminal.

see the build.sh script. This is not so much an automated build script, but rather a document of what steps should be taken.
