Add support for enum, scalar, void and collection responses

The request adapter interface currently only defines a method to get an object response.
Other scenarios like enum, void, collection and scalar responses need to be accounted for.

I just ran into this as well. I am guessing the MS Graph ruby SDK is not viable.
