When creating an incident response plan with ICM we can filter single words, but it does not have instruction to indicate if we can put a phrase like "Memory Usage" or "CPU Usage" where these phrases may be used in a specific title but the words may be commonly used in other ticket titles so we don't want to filter CPU, Memory, Usage.
