Extension does not start

I have enabled the extension and when I open any folder with cpp files, nothing works (intellisense, right click menu options, code browsing etc.) I tried to open a simple hello world program.

I am using the MinGW-w64 toolchain. I have checked and the compilers and debuggers are available.

I reinstalled the extension several times but the same happens.

Actually C_Cpp: Intelli Sense Engine was disabled. It seems nothing works if this is off.
