Fixing the crypto library issue in version v18.x from the GitHub workflow

The current GitHub Actions workflow is encountering a runtime error: crypto is not defined. This issue occurs in the Node.js v18.x environment because the crypto module, which is part of the Node.js standard library, has not been explicitly imported. The error is impacting the functionality of the openid-client library or other related code dependencies that rely on cryptographic operations
