Describe the Bug

Hi mischa, thanks for this project really amazing and wonderfull!

Hardware:
Mac Mini M1
Allen & Heath Xone:DB2
DB2 Code Version 2.2.2, Bootloader 1.0, eID BCD7FF363331413243026113
Ploytec firmware: v1.2.0, chip ID 0x33

Software:
macOS 26.5 (Tahoe)
Ozzy latest main, freshly cloned and built today
Backend: 1 (legacy kext)
SIP fully disabled, Reduced Security + kext management allowed
Apple Development signing cert (free Apple ID)

Symptom:
The DB2 enumerates, the kext loads, the device appears in Audio MIDI Setup as 8×8 at 96 kHz / 32-bit float. But any audio routed to it comes out as pure noise/static on master. Mixer line inputs play back cleanly through the same monitoring chain, and the same DB2 with the same USB cable works fine on Windows.

Can’t show as „96khz“ as the db2 only does 48khz.
you’ve got the same problem as Pull Request #70 (#70)

Probably no db2 works without these fixes, got mine working too with these instructions on Linxu!(or you could download the files cause you’re on Mac)
