I have 2 GBK files with annotated gene clusters (from RAST). When I load them into EasyFig, the visualization only shows a blank bar (see attached).
- Verified GBK files:
FEATURES/CDS exist.
- Ran
blastn – homology confirmed.
- Tried re-exporting, same issue.
How can I fix this to display gene arrows?
