Right-click on tms map items should bring up a context menu. For cameras, it should have Publish / Unpublish. For DMS it should have Blank.
Right-click with the Control key held down should add an item to the selection. Clicking on empty space (no device) should NOT clear the selection when the Control key is pressed.
