INVALID_CSS_RULE doens't seem to ever get called. #93

...in either the HTML / CSS parser.

In the strings file it appears as such...

    "INVALID_CSS_RULE": "<p><em data-highlight='[[cssRule.start]],[[cssRule.end]]'>This</em> CSS rule is not legal CSS.</p>",

Guessing it's to catch something like...

font-weight: shiny;
