Flagging a requirement from the #403 security review: whatever file-sending implementation lands here must route file bytes through the existing pluggable EncryptionStrategy interface (service/src/crypto/strategy.ts/registry.ts), chunked as needed, using the same per-room chat secret derived in crypto/inviteCrypto.ts — not a bolted-on/separate encryption path added after the fact. Please account for this in the implementation plan/PR for this issue.
