Very nice tool, thanks. Did you tried to create a *.meth writer ?
I would love to be able to read-> modify -> write ....and use a .meth on our instrument would save us lot of time.
In my case, would like to change the MS2 inclusion list (remove some m/z and add others).
I'm not a python expert and until now all my attempts failed. I've tried to work with ole.write_stream('Thermo Exactive', data), but may be not the idea of the year but it's my only guess ..
