CC and BCC fields are ignored

Hi,

It appears that whatever we put in the CC and BCC fields isn't taken into account when sending an email. The email is sent but the CC and BCC fields are ignored.

I see that @pvledoux has created a pull request (#27) that addresses the issue, could it eventually be merged?
