Document ID mismatch when creating the first annotation, deleting it, reloading the page and annotating again

steps to reproduce

1. Open a document with Highlight&Go
2. Create an annotation (or code/theme) -> it will add the metadata of the paper to primarystudies sheet
3. Delete the annotation
4. Reload the document website
5. Create an annotation -> it won't use the same ID as previously defined

how to solve

Check primary studies table to retrieve the documentID in case of feature google sheet
