Minor Editorial Changes: spelling and formatting

Miscellaneous small wording/spelling fixes raised during the 1st public review that don't warrant their own tracking issue individually:

Ilan Kernerman:

• Add "irregular": "In traditional print dictionaries, irregular morphological information is provided in abbreviated terms ... language;"
• Add "of": "The kind of elements of which a lexical entry can consist of should"

General:

• Do a full spelling/grammar/formatting pass over the specification document to catch further issues of this kind (bullet indentation, punctuation, etc. — see also related structural comments in other issues from this review).

Further purely orthographic/formatting items (Matteo Pelligrini, 1st public review):

• "The property, 'consists of', relates": drop the commas and single quotes around the property name. Check throughout the document — the same pattern (comma + single-quoted property name) appears in many other places.
• Section 5, Latin example ("E.g., for the verb meaning 'to write', we have: - citation form..."): fix the Markdown formatting of this bullet-point list (it currently renders as a single run-on line rather than a list).
