As a system admin, i would like to charge clients to whom message is sent some small fees to buy credits with gateway providers.
This fees should be charged (deducted from client's account) only on successful sending of sms. And if a client is enabled for sms, then the system should first check if the client has enough savings balance from which the sms charge will be deducted. The system should be possible to deduct charge even if the client has only the minimum balance for savings account maintenance. And if overdraft is enabled for the client's savings account then it can deduct at any time as long as overdraft limit is not reached.
This charge should be able to map with a GL Account for record - which is an Income Account
