Initiate automatic game end after a certain amount of time

This feature is important to have a fair play during tournaments.

After a defined time (configurable) the end of the game should be initiated.

Refined idea:

• Add panel for time configuration on configuration screen
• two checkboxes and two datetime-inputs (JSpinner)
  • for enabling and configuring automatic end of game (aka. Leite Spielende ein)
  • for enabling and configuring automatic results (aka. Endabrechnung)
• If both are enabled, end of game depends on results (end of game at 3:00 & results at 0:30 => end of game after 3min and results 3:30 after start)
