On a vanilla Windows VM, to download either the installer or ZIP file from GitHub results in some warning from Windows. If we go ahead with the installer, then it eventually tells us about a problem with the shortcut since the OpenCOR binary doesn't exist! And indeed, it looks like Windows might have deleted it! The ZIP file can be unzipped properly and OpenCOR be started although the version I tried (0.20260619.0) wasn't usable, but it might be an issue with OpenCOR itself, I am not sure.
On my dev Windows VM, I had an old version of OpenCOR. I updated it (through OpenCOR itself), but upon updating the OpenCOR binary miraculously disappeared! Again, it looks like Windows might have deleted it!
