Add a static OIFM marketing site

[talkasab]

• Use Astro.js and GitHub pages to create a static site
• Connect to findingmodels.openimagingdata.org domain
• Have a home page that does the marketing:
  • Explain the basic need for FMs (graphic of several blobs of report text → FM → Observation-like object
  • Brief into to the anatomy of a FM (including links to other ontologies)
  • How to contribute
    • Fork and open in VS Code, add or edit
    • Work on fmf.oidm.org
• Schema page, showing the schema and outlining what's required
• Repository itself
  • Index page, do basic filtering on client side
  • Display page, static rendered from the JSON
